Delete Your Data

You can permanently delete your MYRADPASS, LLC account and all personal data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do this.

Option 1 — In the app

Delete from your account settings

  1. Open the My Rad Pass app or go to myradpass.com/app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings → Account.
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account, profile, points, leaderboard history, posts, and connected sign-in methods (including Google, Apple, or Facebook) are removed.

Option 2 — By email

Request deletion from support

Email support@myradpass.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” from the email address on your account. We will verify your identity and complete the deletion.

What gets deleted & when
