Privacy Policy

Effective Date: May 3, 2026 · Version 2.0
Our Promise: MYRADPASS, LLC collects your data for one reason only — to build you a better experience on the Platform. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for advertising. We do not use it for any purpose beyond operating and improving the RAD platform for you and the off-road community.

MYRADPASS, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the RAD off-road motorsports community and event management platform, available as a mobile application and at myradpass.com (collectively, the “Platform”). This Privacy Policy explains exactly what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how it is used solely to improve your experience, and what we will never do with it.

By using the Platform, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to our Terms and Conditions.

1. Our Core Data Principles

Everything we do with your data is guided by these four principles:

2. Information We Collect and Why

2.1 Account Information

What we collect: Your name, email address, date of birth, username, and password.

Why we collect it: To create and secure your account, verify your identity, communicate with you about your subscription, and ensure age eligibility as required by our Terms and Conditions. We do not use your email address to send you third-party marketing or share it with outside parties.

2.2 Rider and Business Profile Information

What we collect: For riders — your bike details, riding class, disciplines, and any social links you choose to add. For Promoter accounts — your business name, location, contact details, and event listings.

Why we collect it: To build your public rider or business profile on the Platform, connect you with relevant events and other riders, and power community features like the social feed. You control what profile information you make public through your privacy settings.

2.3 Payment Information

What we collect: Your billing address and payment method details, processed securely through our third-party payment processor. MYRADPASS, LLC does not store, see, or have access to your full payment card number, CVV, or banking credentials at any time.

Why we collect it: Solely to process your subscription payments and event boost purchases. Payment data is handled entirely by our PCI-compliant payment processor and is never used for any other purpose.

2.4 GPS and Location Data

What we collect: Your GPS coordinates at the time of an event, when you have enabled location services on your device. We do not collect background location data when the app is not in active use.

Why we collect it: For one specific purpose — to verify that you physically attended a motorsport event so that GPS-verified attendance points can be awarded accurately and fairly. Location data is also used to show you events near you on the interactive map.

We will never sell, share, or transfer your GPS or location data to any third party for any purpose. Location data is used exclusively to verify event attendance and display nearby events. Nothing else.

2.5 Usage and Engagement Data

What we collect: Features you use, events you view or save, RSVPs, leaderboard activity, daily login streaks, track reviews, and point-earning actions.

Why we collect it: To power the points system accurately, maintain leaderboard integrity, personalize your event recommendations, and understand how riders use the Platform so we can build better features. This data is analyzed in aggregate to improve the overall experience — it is not sold or shared with outside parties.

2.6 Device and Technical Data

What we collect: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, IP address, app version, and crash/error logs.

Why we collect it: To keep the app running reliably, diagnose technical issues, and ensure compatibility across devices. This data is used purely for technical operations and stability — not for profiling, advertising, or any commercial purpose.

2.7 Support Communications

What we collect: The content of any messages or emails you send to support@myradpass.com.

Why we collect it: To respond to your questions and resolve issues. Support communications are kept confidential and used only to assist you. They are not shared with third parties except where legally required.

2.8 Cookies and Web Technologies

What we collect: On myradpass.com, we use essential cookies to maintain your login session and remember your preferences. We may use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it.

Why we collect it: To make the website work correctly and to improve the user experience based on real usage data. We do not use advertising cookies. We do not allow third-party advertisers to place any tracking technologies on the Platform. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

3. What We Will Never Do With Your Data

MYRADPASS, LLC makes the following unconditional commitments about your personal information:

4. When We Do Share Information

We share your information only in the following strictly limited circumstances, and always for the purpose of operating the Platform for your benefit:

4.1 Trusted Service Providers

We work with a small number of carefully selected third-party service providers who help us operate the Platform. These include our payment processor, cloud hosting provider, email delivery service, and analytics tools. Each provider:

We do not share data with service providers for advertising, profiling, or any commercial purpose beyond operating the Platform.

4.2 What Promoters Can See

If you RSVP to an event, the event’s promoter can see your username and RSVP count through their analytics dashboard. This is limited to your username only. Promoters do not receive and cannot access your email address, phone number, GPS coordinates, payment information, or any personal data beyond your public username and RSVP status.

4.3 Public Profile Features

Certain information is visible to other users of the Platform by design, because community and competition are core to the RAD experience. This includes your username, rider profile, leaderboard rank, points total, and content you post to the social feed. You control the details of your public profile through your privacy settings. You can choose to limit what appears on your profile at any time.

4.4 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by a valid legal process such as a court order, subpoena, or government investigation. Where permitted by law, we will notify you before disclosing your information in response to such a request. We will not disclose more information than is legally required.

4.5 Business Transfers

In the unlikely event that MYRADPASS, LLC is acquired, merged, or sells substantially all of its assets, user data may be transferred as part of that transaction. In such an event, we will notify affected users in advance and require the acquiring party to honor this Privacy Policy or obtain fresh consent from users for any material changes.

5. Data Retention

We keep your data only for as long as necessary. Specifically:

When retention periods expire, data is securely deleted or anonymized. You may also request early deletion at any time (see Section 6).

6. Data Security

We take the security of your personal information seriously. Our security measures include:

No system is completely immune to security threats. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@myradpass.com. In the event of a data breach that poses a risk to your personal information, we will notify you and relevant authorities as required by law, without undue delay.

You can request a copy of your personal data in a machine-readable format by emailing support@myradpass.com with the subject line “Data Portability Request.”

7.4 Opt Out of Marketing Emails

7.5 Disable Location Services

You can turn off GPS access for the RAD app at any time in your device settings. This will not affect previously recorded attendance data but will prevent future GPS-verified point earning until location access is re-enabled.

7.6 California Residents — CCPA Rights

California residents have the right to: know what personal information we collect and how it is used; request deletion of their personal information; opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information); and be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. To submit a CCPA request, email support@myradpass.com or visit myradpass.com/privacy.

7.7 Other U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and other states with applicable privacy laws have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of their personal data. Contact support@myradpass.com to submit a request. We will respond within the timeframe required by your state’s applicable law.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Platform is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent as required by COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act). Users aged 13–17 require parental or guardian consent to use the Platform per our Terms and Conditions.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has created an account without your consent, contact us immediately at support@myradpass.com. We will investigate and delete the account and all associated data promptly upon confirmation.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or social media platforms. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those external services. We will also update the Effective Date at the top of this document.

We will never retroactively apply new data practices to information collected under a previous version of this policy without obtaining your fresh consent. If you do not agree to an updated policy, you may delete your account before the changes take effect.
